1. Acceptance of Terms Welcome to Trinity AgentiCore Limited ("Trinity AgentiCore", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website (trinity-agenticore.com) and our B2B AI automation services, including the T-Series Agents and Mini-ERP backend (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Description of Service Trinity AgentiCore provides an enterprise AI control plane and autonomous digital workforce solutions. Our Services utilize "Write-Path" execution to process data, automate workflows, and integrate with client databases via our proprietary Data Shadow Layer. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. Account Registration and Security To access our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete business information during registration. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Payments Our Services are billed on a subscription basis (e.g., OPC Agent, Standard Agent, Advanced Agent, Enterprise Agent).

  • Fees: You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected subscription tier.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

  • Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to you with reasonable notice prior to your next billing cycle.

5. Data Privacy and Security Your privacy and the security of your business data are our highest priorities. We employ a "Data Shadow Layer" to ensure our AI agents do not directly expose your production databases. However, by using our Services, you grant us the right to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property All software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks associated with the Services are the exclusive property of Trinity AgentiCore Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business operations. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute our proprietary technology.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trinity AgentiCore Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
